Embroidery Customization

Please ensure if you've selected YES for customizations on any of your embroidery items, that you add the appropriate amount of this item to your cart.
 
Customization | $5 per each line/name (12 characters including punctuation and spaces), up to five lines.
 
Customization will be designed to match the chest design and by default will be placed on the sleeve, on the side of the arm by the elbow.
